Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via call or message before dispatch.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines within India:

Other Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on eligible orders (if mentioned on the product page).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can track your order from our Track Order page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to COD restriction for future orders.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof at our support contact.
