1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via call or message before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping fee may apply depending on the product or offer.

  • Free shipping is available on eligible orders (if mentioned on the product page).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can track your order from our Track Order page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most orders across India.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to COD restriction for future orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof at our support contact.
